Pause For A Cause - Team Building Activities - Overview
As admitted animal lovers ourselves, Team Higher Ground's Paws for a Cause Give-Back Style Team Building experience is a program that's near and dear to our hearts. And, as it turns out, that's also the case for many of our valued and generous clients! Teams participate in challenges to earn the materials to create their very own "Pet Store" then build a marketing plan to see which team can capture the biggest market share! Along the way your people will demonstrate their teamwork, creativity, marketing and sales skills, win/win negotiations tactice and more! All this while still having a ton of laughs, getting to know each other better, and building lasting bonds within the group. In the end, all the teams will be left feeling like winners as the result of their laughter and learning will be a bounty of much needed supplies for local SPCA and/or Humane Society shelters. We've seen more than a few smiles, and wags, created as a result of this extraordinary animal-lovers Give-Back Team-Building event!
