OVERHAULIN’ - Team Building Activities - Overview
Team Higher Ground’s Overhaulin' Soap-Box Derby style team experience is a spirited team competition challenging your people to design and assemble racers from provided kits. Sound simple? Well, first teams must earn the right parts, then work together as a team to assemble the chassis and mechanical parts of their life-size soap-box derby racers. Teams then theme and decorate their go-carts for judging during the Parade to the Post before the racing begins. The Big Race includes qualifying heats and a Grand Prix Final so teams have a chance to truly earn their way to the winner’s circle through demonstrating their teamwork and high performance. Overhaulin’ is a fun half-day Team Building experience that strikes a perfect balance between the height of hilarity and the spirit of team competition! Overhaulin' culminates with an Awards Ceremony in Victory Lane. “Ladies and Gentleman… Start Your Engines!”
