KICKSTART - Team Building Activities - Overview
Kickstart is designed to engage and energize your people in as little as 60-minutes (Deliverable in one, two, or three hour format also)! Most of our clients (as the program name implies) choose this program as an exciting and effective start to a day of meetings or to commence their multi-day off-site or conference. Others choose this option for evening time-slots when they're looking for a shorter duration, yet high impact experience to re-energize their people and teams after a full-day of meeting content (when you're experiencing diminishing returns as your people have become over-saturated with information). The games and challenges included in Kickstart can be organized around a variety of corporate themes (e.g. trust, problem solving, innovation, competition, collaboration, etc.) or we can just focus on reinvigorating your people. You tell us your goals, and we’ll include the perfect number and style activities!
