hell’s kitchen - Team Building Activities - Overview
After opening ceremonies, Teams compete in the first of many Culinary Capers (fun Team Challenges that help Team’s win a competitive advantage in the “Marketplace!”) to earn the right to source supplies from the General Store before the other teams. Teams begin creating their Product in their very own Kitchen (everything provided, stoves, pots, pans, utensils, aprons, etc.). As Teams begin building their product, they also begin to develop their Brand/Theme. The array of themes you’ll see your people create will astound you! Once they've Build and Branded their Product, the whole Team is involved in marketing (hilarious group presentations) their creations from their uniquely designed Display Stand (looks like a restaurant store-front) in an effort to Win Loyal Customers. After Tasting/Voting, the event concludes with an Awards Ceremony. A Perennial Client Favourite for it’s sensory overload of sights, sounds, smells, tastes and good times!
