Team Higher Ground's "Eggcellent" Cook-Off Team-Building EggStravaganza, transforms your breakfast into an engaging and energizing team-building contest! Teams will earn all the materials they need to create a unique and tasty breakfast which they'll theme and present to the other teams first for judging (awards/prizes included) and then for enjoying as their shared breakfast. Eggcellent Cook-Off balances collaboration with competition beautifully as those teams that have a positive "Win/Win" approach will likely prevail at awards time. Teams will earn trips to the farmers market based on their performance in super-fun egg-based team challenges, come up with a theme for their breakfast, present their eggy creations in a short group presentation before we have time to enjoy our team-built breakfasts! Event closes with awards and an all-group EggstraOrdinary closing activity!
