Over 500 Meals Donated - Team Building - Caring Cook-Off

On Wednesday, January 24th in Toronto, Canada, Team Higher Ground designed and delivered a customized version of our Caring Cook-Off Give Back Team Building event for 550 participants from Loblaw Companies Limited!

This was Team Higher Ground's largest and most impactful edition of the Caring Cook-Off ever! In addition to creating an extraordinarily rewarding experience for the participants (each team created unique hot meals, then themed, presented and shared them with the other teams!), we delivered over 500 meals to the local Toronto Homeless Community!

Caring Cook-Off is a Give-Back style Team-Building experience that's really different and really makes a difference! Caring Cook-Off starts with a super-engaging and energizing Culinary Cook-Off that will reveal your people's creativity and teamwork as they earn ingredients before beginning to create their hot meals. Teams will develop an overall theme aimed at making the lives of those less fortunate better and present their meals to the other teams to earn applause and awards.

Then, after we've focused on developing your team, it's time to broaden our scope and begin focusing on the local homeless community. Teams will "cross over" from their corporate comforts to interact with the homeless community as they deliver them hot meals. Perhaps the best thing about Caring Cook-Off is the profound sense of connection and gratitude felt by people on both sides of these meaningful interactions. This extraordinary give-back style team-building event is designed to create powerful and lasting joy, insights, benefits and memories!
